Punnett Square
We will be working on Punnett Square work today. We will start class with a short video on how Punnett Squares are complete and why we sue them. You will go through a few practice activities on your own. You will have to fill a Punnett Square on your quiz. Make sure you have your Heredity vocabulary sheet, you will need to know a few words to be successful on your final worksheet.

Trait Survey
We will be completing the Trait Survey today. You will be looking at a handful of traits that both you and your classmates have. We will look and see if you have more dominant or recessive traits both as an individual and a class. The survey also consists of creating a graph and completing a few questions.

The Nervous System

Different Minds
We are going to complete an activity today looking at how your mind functions. We will go through 4 different stations and you will be able to see how different minds/brains respond to situations/stimuli. Systems, Pretest and Guide

Systems, what are they?
We have wrapped up our cells unit and moving into systems. We will specifically look at how the body is a group of interacting systems that maintain a balance and keep us functioning. We will work on identifying what a system is and how they function. We will look at all body systems during the unit and then focus specifically on the nervous system.

Finish Cell Investigation
We will be wrapping up your cell investigation today. The first 20-25 minutes will be finalizing your sources. From there we will have a short discussion on what you are finding and you will have an opportunity to talk to your classmates and see some of the specific things they discovered.
